A Harvard Business School alumni and a gold medalist in Engineering, Rohit has been instrumental in setting up one of the largest distribution arms across Middle East and Africa for products in the home segment.

Prior to setting up Ideas91, Rohit was a Director and Partner at Elekta Gulf. He laid the foundation in 1998 for the organization and played a critical role in re-launching the brand ELEKTA after the organization collapsed. He contributed to the organization’s growth by a 35% CAGR over a period of ten years.

Since the launch of Ideas91 in 2009, the organization has grown enormously every year at over 50 % and has become a name to reckon with in a short span of time. Under his leadership the employee strength has risen to 75 employees. He has successfully launched more than 100 products in over 20 markets. He has been instrumental in conceptualizing the strategy and vision for the organization – so as to enhance the value of all stakeholders including customers, suppliers and employees.
