Mr. Arjun Dev is a graduate from Gujrat University with a vast experience of over 40 years. His early years were spent in a shipping company in India where he learnt all about the industry. He then moved to Japan and travelled all over West Africa handling general trading customers from these markets. He moved on to be a Director at a Japanese firm and moved base to Vienna. He is the Chairman of Elekta Gulf and now Ideas91.

At Ideas91, he has been the mentor and guide for all of us. Being in the trading business for over 30 years, he brings a lot of value to the table, helping the team to understand the customer centricity, the core thought behind the success of ideas91.

A Harvard Business School alumni and a gold medalist in Engineering, Rohit has been instrumental in setting up one of the largest distribution arms across Middle East and Africa for products in the home segment.

Prior to setting up Ideas91, Rohit was a Director and Partner at Elekta Gulf. He laid the foundation in 1998 for the organization and played a critical role in re-launching the brand ELEKTA after the organization collapsed. He contributed to the organization’s growth by a 35% CAGR over a period of ten years.

Since the launch of Ideas91 in 2009, the organization has grown enormously every year at over 50 % and has become a name to reckon with in a short span of time. Under his leadership the employee strength has risen to 75 employees. He has successfully launched more than 100 products in over 20 markets. He has been instrumental in conceptualizing the strategy and vision for the organization – so as to enhance the value of all stakeholders including customers, suppliers and employees.

Deepika is a post-graduate from SP Jain Institute. She completed her MBA in Finance in the year 2006. She brings a rich experience of over 10 years in digital and marketing space. Her core strength lies in creating and managing content, design and technology and bringing it all together to work for the business. Prior to starting Ideas91, Deepika was the publisher at BindaasDaily (later known as MyStyleBytes) – an online lifestyle magazine, for 3 years. At Ideas91 she spearheaded the e-commerce portal SpendWisor and was instrumental in converting the retail website to a loyalty redemption partner for banks in the region.

At present, Deepika handles the Marketing, PR and Digital for Idea91 group as well as all the brands under Ideas91.

Arjun is a post-graduate from IRMA, Anand and a Mathematics graduate from St. Stephens Delhi. He brings a diverse work experience of over 25 years of which over 15 years were spent in the Far East (China, Hong Kong and Taiwan). He has been in the sourcing/procurement business since 1990.

Arjun started his career in the packaging industry with Tetra Pak (HPCL) and Max India Limited. He has been responsible for setting up and managing sourcing offices for global corporations worldwide with a focus on appliances and house-ware segment.

Under the leadership of Arjun, the Sourcing Consultancy business unit in China has grown from strength to strength and now boasts of one of the largest product portfolios in the procurement/sourcing business out of the Far East.
